Day-to-day tasks

In this role you could:

  • work with staff, managers and support groups to solve problems
  •  help patients understand the NHS complaints procedure
  •  manage complaints
  •  raise patient feedback and concerns with NHS management
  •  supervise and coordinate PALS volunteers
