Day-to-day tasks
In your day-to-day duties you could:
- process claim details and issue new forms
- check policies cover claims and that premiums have been paid
- gather supporting information like receipts, photographs or accident reports
- check proposal forms from customers or brokers
- calculate quote premiums
- advise customers about insurance cover and renewals
- update customers about the progress of claims
- arrange for payment on straightforward claims
